Refund Policy

Horizon is operated by Horizon Daily Planner. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which handles all billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of Horizon Lifetime and any subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Paddle can process the refund directly.
- Contact us through the in-app support option and we will forward your request to Paddle.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to paid features ends and any related subscription is cancelled. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy.
