Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Horizon (the "Service") is operated by Horizon Daily Planner ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Horizon Daily Planner.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The Service
Horizon is a productivity application that provides tasks, calendar, habits, goals, notes, focus timers, expenses, and AI-assisted features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business use within the plan you have selected.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
- send spam, malware, or other harmful content;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits.
6. AI features
The Service includes generative AI features. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use outputs, for verifying accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you submit. You must not use AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak safety systems. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs, and we may remove content or suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holders can submit takedown requests via the contact methods below; we will act on valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in Horizon ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content.
8. Our intellectual property and copyright
© 2026 Horizon Daily Planner. All rights reserved. We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, source code, design, user interface, documentation, product name, logo, and branding. All content on this website and in the app — text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements — is the copyrighted work of Horizon Daily Planner unless otherwise noted. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice through the in-app support option with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
Trademarks. "Horizon Daily Planner", the Horizon Daily Planner name, the "Horizon" product name, the Horizon logo and mark, and related graphics, product names, and slogans are trademarks of Horizon Daily Planner and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners; reference to them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation. You may not use our trademarks in a way that is likely to cause confusion about ownership, sponsorship, or affiliation, or that disparages Horizon Daily Planner.
9. Payments, subscriptions and refunds — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
10. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may cancel your account at any time in-app. On termination, we will delete or anonymise your data in accordance with the Privacy Notice; you may export Your Content before termination.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
18. Contact
For anything related to your purchase (billing, invoices, refunds), contact Paddle at paddle.net. For product support, use the in-app support option.
